Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us at info@fashionmallonline.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can check your eligibility and give you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Exchanges and store credit
For change of mind, size or colour, we offer an exchange or store credit only — we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Items are eligible only if they are:

unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, in saleable condition;
in their original packaging with all tags still intact; and
sent back to us within 7 days of the date you received them.

Faulty or incorrect items (refunds)
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we sincerely apologise. Please email photos or a short video showing the problem to info@fashionmallonline.com within 48 hours of receipt. Once the quality problem is confirmed, we will arrange a return to our designated address, and a refund to your original payment method will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. You may also choose an exchange or store credit instead.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of lingerie, hosiery, bodysuits or swimwear. Promotional, discounted and free/gift items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked non-returnable on the product page are excluded.

Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours your order may already be in preparation or on its way and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your own cost; we do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels, and such parcels will be refused. We recommend using a trackable service.

Duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
